a few nights ago, i swallowed a pill and it didn't quite go down. it started hurting more and more the next couple days and I went into the ER yesterday to find out I have 4 ulcers in my esophagus. Good news is that my uncle is a doctor and treatment is cheaper down here. Bad news is I can't eat solids for a couple weeks, and I can't even keep down liquids well. So basically, I drink two sips of a protein shake and fall asleep until I can drink it again later.
I'm just feeling tired and weak, so pray for me! Thanks, love you guys.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling too hot. Hopefully its not as bad as the 'double-barreled action' you experienced in Costa Rica. I'll be praying that God keeps you in his hand.
If you are feeling especially bad today, maybe this will cheer you up. I drove down to U of I on Friday and met up with Erik Johnson to go camping and rock climbing in Shawnee National Forest. A few other IV guys joined us, including your friend Joey that we hung out with when I visited you! It was loads of fun, we are pretty much ready to go pro now. The End. :)
Oh Rach!!! I am praying that your throat heals quickly! I can't wait to see you and I want to hear you talk...so therefore your throat needs to feel better!!! I love you!
